  Local neighborhood pizza joint, it's close and convenient and they have great weekly deals. For example, we did 2 slices and a fountain drink for $7 plus got free garlic knots after checking in... gotta love those "check-in" offers!
  
  We went on a weeknight and it was empty but it looks like more takeouts/deliveries happen. The workers aren't Italian so it's definitely not authentic pizza, but it was thin and really good.
  
  After a good experience, my hubby and I decided that would be the place to order pizza from home. I'll update review when we have our first delivery. Stay tuned!

  Hmmmm...tough call with this place. The pizza is actually very good as are the calzones and garlic knots. We've ordered a whole pie and also had the slices for lunch. The slices sitting in the glass compartment can look like they've been sitting there for 10 hours.
  
  As others say, the place just lacks something when you are there...the folks working seem half engaged and service is pretty slow as they are understaffed.
  
  Settling on 3.5 stars as the pizza is good but not quite a 4 star experience. If ownership could improve the service, I'd bump it up to 4.

  Monday evening we ordered a pepperoni pizza with basil and one pepperoni roll from the Reston Flippin Pizza  I ordered and paid on line.  My son went to pick up the order, but was told it was never received.  They told him I probably ordered from Fairfax.  
  
  He returns home and we return to Flippin Pizza.  I tell the manager I ordered from the Reston shop then produce the email.  This manager then says I probably used an app which looks just like Flippin, but is a different place.  I ask her to check their orders.  She says it is her employee's first day on the job and adds he already checked twice.  My son says, "you check."  She looks over her employee's shoulder and finds the order.
  
  Now the apologies come.  If he was new she should have checked when my son first arrived.  Instead the mistake is on us.  She says it will be ready in 10 minutes.  She throws in 2 extra pepperoni rolls, $1.85 each.  
  
  End result, dinner is an hour late and they left the basil off.  What happened to the saying the customer is always right?  Repeatedly the manager insisted we were wrong instead of verifying if we were wrong.  No offer to refund our cost for the trouble she put us through.  We are done with this pizza place.
  
  Would recommend anyone wanting their pizza to walk in vice order on-line.

  Hmmmmm.  I was hoping for some magic.  But I found the pizza to just be average.
  
  The garlic knots were very good, however.
  
  The restaurant is a weird space, and just doesn't feel welcoming.
  
  There is absolutely nothing wrong here.  But to me, it's just average.    I wish them success, but I wouldn't go out of my way to cone back.

  This place used to be our go to spot for pizza but not anymore. The last few months we have ordered food from here and we look at the pizza and it is undercooked, not uncooked but definitely undercooked so we put the pizza in our home pizza and finish cooking it. I pointed this out to the people working today that the pizza is not suppose to be white, they did not understand and said pizza is cooked. Throughout my 10 years of restaurant/pizza experience there is one thing you never do, take out the pizza before the crust is golden brown! Go do an image search of "pizza" and over 95% of the photos have golden brown crust. Sure the cook is right, the pizza is cooked but it is not cooked well.
